Joepisapia Return Policy
At Joepisapia, our goal is to provide our clients with fashionable, trendy items at a phenomenal price with amazing customer service! We know that ordering online can be a bit of a risk since you can’t touch or try an item on, so we have tried to make your shopping experience and our return policy as easy as possible. Of course, there are always some guidelines, rules and procedures for everything in life.
- Eligible items can be returned for Store Credit Only to the email associated with your account. We cannot issue refunds.
- Items must be returned to us within 14 business days. Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted. (The 14 days starts when you pick up your package or once your package is delivered via USPS.)
- All items must be returned to us in the condition they were received in.
- No Returns on Sale Items, Jewelry, Hair Accessories, Body Suites, Intimates or Gift Cards.
- Anything purchased at a FINAL SALE or discounted price is not eligible for return.
- Returned items MUST be un-washed, unworn, unaltered and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. Also, all original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
- Return Shipping will be the purchaser’s responsibility.
- Shipping is non-refundable.
- Please allow our team 2-3 business days to inspect and process your return once it is received.
- Returns that do not meet our return guidelines will be sent back to you at your own expense. If Joepisapia rejects a return, we will notify you to arrange return shipping. You will have 7 days to either pick up the rejected return or pay for the return shipping. After 7 days, if arrangements haven't been made, we will donate the item to a charity.

Oh, Store credit. We absolutely love you! You are a beautiful thing that allows us to return something that wasn’t perfect for something that will have people asking “Where’d You Get That?” Here are a few things about our store credit for you to remember and as always…if you have any questions feel free to message us on facebook or email us at email@example.com
- Since our items can sell out quickly, our policy is to return eligible items for store credit. By doing this you are able to use the credit on a future purchase.
- If you purchased an item for pre - order, your order can not be canceled.
- If an item does not come in due to manufacturing or other issues regarding the product, you will receive a store credit.
- If you have you eye on something and your gift card/store credit doesn’t quite cover it, you will need another form of payment when checking out.
- Gift card codes and store credit codes will expire five years from the date issued.
